Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a combination of a traditional room and a western-style room.

It has both Japanese style rooms and western rooms. It caters for people in wheelchairs. The rooms are spacious. The staff were very friendly. One staff member speaks some English if you need it. She came and picked us up and offered to drop us at the station. Every room has a toilet. Has a Japanese style bath area.
The shared bath area has a bit of mold on the pipes and other sections. Needs cleaning with bleach. No showers in the rooms. No coffee satchels.

We loved the natural, friendly, and relaxing atmosphere at this hotel. The manager, Shino, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The traditional Japanese-style rooms were comfortable and had a nice blend of modern and traditional elements. The location was great, with beautiful nature and hot springs nearby. The karaoke bar across the street added to the fun atmosphere. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

During my Easter break at this hotel, I loved the fact that the rooms had wide and convenient sliding doors, which made entry easier. the availability of clean yukata robes daily and the frequent pick and drop-offs at the central railway station were a huge plus. I also enjoyed the great service the hotel staff provided.
The pillows were a bit too hard for our liking. However, this is just a small issue compared to the incredible experience we had at the hotel.

The experience was amazing! The host was hands down the best. She went above and beyond throughout our time there. The room was larger than most rooms I've been to and the included breakfast was great. One of the highlights was the amazing on-site onsen which helped me relax after an active day. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout the whole place!
That the Western beds were a bit firm for me, but it was not a big deal. The Wi-Fi signal on the third floor was also weak. I would definitely stay here again because of the amazing staff, key location, and great amenities.

The location was convenient with a short walk to Yudanaka station and easy access to the Snow Monkey park and convenience store. the room had tatami mats and futons, with shared Japanese style shower and bath facilities. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering to drive guests to nearby attractions. Meals were available at the ryokan and the onsen was nice.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations to improve the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including the in-house hot spring and spacious room with tatami mat area and modern beds. The location was also convenient, situated within walking distance of Yudanaka station and a convenience store.
